At Tau Hogroast, we believe that health & safety is the up most import aspect of the business especially when it comes to dealing with gas equipment and handling food.

  • Tau Hogroast has full Public and Product Liability Insurances

  • Tau Hogroast staff are well trained in Food Hygiene Standards and fully HACCP qualified

  • We are registered with both HACCP & HSE Authorities who are fully aware of all the activities

  • We use fully refrigerated vehicles to ensure your food are kept fresh at all times

  • We are also very much aware of all the Health & Safety risks at work and when out working at a function

  • We do regular digital temperature probes whilst roasting your Hog (pig) or Lamb making sure your food is properly cooked before carving and serving

  • The temperature probes are logged

  • You will also find fire extinguishers & first aid kit at all our functions

  • We do maintenance checks on all our equipment before an event to ensure they are in good working order

  • The gas bottles are constantly checked while the food is being cooked

  • Tau Hogroast has a qualified first aid member of staff
